THE PRACTICE

A closer look.

Gentle stretches, guided meditation and the resonance of singing bowls create a practice with room to slow down. The class can include Yoga Nidra, a guided rest practice often explored between wakefulness and sleep. There is no need to have a meditation routine already; the teacher guides the experience.

What to expect

01

Ease into the session through gentle movement and comfortable positioning.

02

Follow guided meditation and sound, returning to the voice or breath whenever your attention wanders.

03

Take time to become alert again and leave the room at an unhurried pace.

Is this your kind of class?

For people who want a quieter class with less emphasis on active postures. You can participate without being able to sit cross-legged or keep your mind blank.

Before you arrive

Wear something comfortable and bring a layer. Speak to the teacher about sitting or lying-down options before the class begins.
