A closer look.
A reformer class with an emphasis on core strength, endurance and awareness of posture. Controlled exercises encourage you to notice the relationship between your centre and the rest of your body. It is an opportunity to practise alignment in movement, rather than hold yourself in one rigid position.
What to expect
Settle into the equipment and establish attentive movement foundations.
Work through exercises that connect core engagement with the position of the spine and limbs.
Finish with a focus on carrying that awareness into everyday movement.
Is this your kind of class?
Those interested in developing their core practice and paying closer attention to how they organise their movement.
Before you arrive
Describe any injuries or physical restrictions to the teacher before class. A group class does not replace an individual clinical assessment.
