Your teacher guides you through controlled movements, helping you learn the equipment and develop a more attentive relationship with how you move.
What to expect
Get familiar with your reformer and the setup the instructor asks you to use.
Work through a sequence with options to adjust the challenge and develop control.
Finish with time to reset, returning the equipment as instructed.
